The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will strive to continuously improve safety and law enforcement services to all members of our community through the Step-Up Strategy of improved service, technology, efficiency, and professionalism.
Deputies in the Field Operations career path are routinely responsible for responding to 911 and non-emergency calls, conducting criminal investigations, making arrests, working with the community to solve problems, traffic enforcement, crime scene processing, and much more.
Deputies serving in the Corrections Career path are responsible for maintaining the care and custody of inmates at the Loudoun Adult Detention Center.
Courthouse Deputies protect the integrity of the judicial system by serving in numerous positions within the Loudoun County Courthouse and as members of the Civil Process Unit.
Our civilian staff is the backbone of our organization. From Dispatchers to Administrative Assistants, Digital Forensic Examiners, Crime Analysts, Human Resources Specialists, or many other administrative positions, there are many ways to serve your community without putting on a uniform.
